Sensations vary. You may feel a brief “twitch” or ache in the targeted muscle. Mild soreness is possible for 24–48 hours. We review risks and aftercare before treatment and only use dry needling when appropriate.

Your care is private and professional. We protect your personal health information and keep conversations confidential. Visits are one-on-one, and we explain each step before we begin.

That is very common. Pelvic concerns are treated with discretion and respect. We keep language clear and clinical, and we focus on helping you feel informed and supported.

Most services should not feel alarming or unsafe. Some techniques can feel uncomfortable at times—especially when tissues are irritated—but we adjust pressure, positioning, and intensity to stay within a tolerable range. You are always in control.

Comfortable clothing is best. If your visit involves movement testing, athletic wear helps. If needed, we will guide you on what is most appropriate for your appointment type.

You can share as much or as little as you want. We can slow the pace, explain more, keep treatment noninvasive, and prioritize a plan that feels safe and respectful.

No ethical clinic can guarantee a specific outcome. What we can provide is an evidence-based plan, clear progress markers, and adjustments based on your response to care.
